Meet Jenna

Jenna Stuart lives in the Texas hill country with her husband, children and the usual menagerie of invited and unwelcome critters. She spent her childhood with her nose in a book and her head in the clouds. Then she earned a degree in Economics–a bad plan for an aspiring author, since it paints a picture of microeconomic policy (read that: household budgets) that is too eye-openingly real. Years of corporate life and a stab at a law degree finally drove her back to her true calling: she picked up her pen again and starting writing historical romances and murder mysteries. The former feeds her love of fairytales and heroic characters forged by honor, adversity and passion. The latter lets her discreetly deal with the people she’s met in life that get in the way of the first — in a civilly acceptable manner, of course.
